あっというまにあたしは彼女の大ファンになってしまった。

I had a chance to interview with her by chance.




目的を持っている。
そのためのヴィジョンが描けている。
実際に行動にうつすスピードがある。


It's so precious time to hear about 
the project detail of AFX from her,
it's really cool and clever plan I've never heard 
from people in japanese fashion scene,indeed.  




そして何よりすべてを言葉で現す時の
その表情が魅力的で。
まっすぐ前をみて、キラキラした瞳で、
口角をキュッと上げながら話す。


智慧と経験、自信とがこんなにきれいな笑顔を作りあげるのだとしたら、
もうむしろ喜んで努力がしたい、無理難題とかチャレンジしたくなってしまう。

次世代を担う若手を育成、成長させるプロジェクト。

１つ目は「クリエイティブ」であるという事

２つ目はパートナーとか、スタッフさんとかの関わる「人」、

３つ目は「財政面」で問題がないか、

そして４つ目が「社会によい影響があるか」。

何かプロジェクトを始める時に

大事にしなくちゃなのは、この４つ。

これが全て整ったプロジェクトは、結構うまくいく確率が高いと思う。

シンガポールのニューカマー、

注目若手のdepressionのデザイナー達。

今いる立場と注目の重みを冷静に純粋に楽しんでいる。

at this exhibition, there are many people having  good judge of the fashion,

and understanding what is 'next' .

キオスクとか電車とか、

どの国の日常の中にも必ずあるものにこそ、

よりより如実に表れてくる。

Just before the show of STARCREATION,

the contest of asian new designers.

ショーの始る少し前。

ぞくぞくに人が集まってくる。

STARCREATION。

アジアのファッションを担う若手のデザイナーを

みつけだし、その芽をのばす国のイベント。

若い才能へ対して、てあついバックアップが

ここにはある。

I saw many singaporinan girls dressing up 

on their own way.

It's more body-conscious than japanese one,I think.

若手のデザイナーに対するバックアップはすなわち

未来に向けての投資である、という認識。

投資目的。

不動産でも、コーヒー豆でも、エネルギー資源、

それに今回みたいに「才能」のように目に見えないものであっても

大概の場合それはもちろん更なる利益の収入。

投資目的を決めない投資は、スタイルとして今少し粗末。

その利益の最終ゴール、

どのような形で、いかにしてそれを確定するかの青地図が

ため息が出るほど完璧に出来ているのを聞いて、

（はっきり言ってしまえば、これは「文化事業」という曖昧な政策ではない）

改めてこの国の賢さを思う。

スケートボードやバスケなんかが出来たりする公園を見つける。

AFXのショーは一般開放もされていて、
ファッション関係者だけじゃなく、誰でもペイしたら入れる仕組み。

I think I often see girls wearing body consious dress 

at some shows.

それはこの国のユニークな仕掛けで、
ショーの会場それ自体がパーティーのようなプラットフォーム、
「おめかしして、出かける場所」としての役割をになう。






沢山の人、沢山の笑顔。
お洒落するって、純粋に楽しい。

沢山の人がオーチャードにある特設テントに

ぞくぞく集まる。

会場入り口の前は華やかな色あいで溢れてる。

アジア・ファッション・エクスチェンジの拠点はここ、
Orchard通りの突然できた大きなテント、その場所が拠点となって
この一週間はうねりを見せる。




It's my  first time to join Asia Fashion Exchange,
Event of asia's one stop fashion hub.




大きな熱風、強すぎる日差し、
くらくらしそうな圧倒的なボリューム感。
シンガポールは質実ともに豊かな、
豊かな豊かな街だ。

ショー会場前。
シンガポールで初めて撮らせてもらったのは、彼女たち。
学校帰りのその途中。いい笑顔。




They're student,just to go back their home,
I happened to see them
in front of main tent of Asia fashin exchange.




ピュアである、というのは一つの力だと思う。
そしてこの国の強みはどこまでいっても
このピュアさ、
つまりはニュートラルさを保ち続けている、
という事に他ならなく。




Pure and neitral people  recongnizing who you are
with a objective view,,,,It's Singaporian, I feel.
